You can now make payments through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
- Go into your parent portal
- Click on your fees
- Add the fees you wish to pay to your cart
- Go to your cart
- Make your payment
We hope this is an easier method and way of making payments for our families!

Planning for Snow Days
|
|
As most of you know, TMEMS follows the APS school cancellations for snow days and weather delays. You may have recently seen on the news that APS is now making snow days “asynchronous learning days”. TMEMS is NOT doing this. We will continue to follow the APS schedule for snow days and delays, but while APS will have lessons online, we hope our TMEMS families will go play in the snow, build snowmen, drink hot chocolate, and enjoy your family time together. We have additional time built into our calendar to account for this time if needed (as long as it is not excessive cancellations).
We will also always send out a text and email if there is a snow day or cancellation. If you are not getting our text messages or emails, please email pcurry@tmesnm.com to ensure you are added to our list.

Fall Break/Indigenous Peoples Day 10/5/23-10/9/23

|
Fall Break is October 5 and 6. Indigenous Peoples Day is October 9. There will be no school or before or after care on those 3 days.

School Pictures 10/11/23
|
|
School Picture Day will be on 10/11/23. More information will follow regarding this event in the following weeks. Please mark your calendars!

Alumni Day 10/13/23 at 3:30 pm
|
|
Calling all alumni students! Alumni students are invited back annually to tour the school and reconnect with former teachers and each other. Save the date and share this information with alumni students.

Parent Teacher Conferences 10/19/23-10/20/23
|
|
Parent Teacher Conferences will be October 19-20. There will be no school on those two days and no before or aftercare. Teachers will be sending a sign-up for these conferences within the next 2 weeks. A bake sale and Coffee fundraiser will be set up in the lobby for parents who are on campus for conferences. Proceeds benefit the 8th grade student end-of-the-year international trip.

Fall Festival 10/21/23
|
|
Mark your calendar! The annual TMEMS Fall Festival (previously known as the fall carnival) will be on 10/21/23. We will have food, bouncers, games, face painting, and activities for kids and families alike. Relatives and friends of TMEMS students are all welcome. More information to come out soon!

Please check your parent portal frequently to check on your child’s grades, important messages, etc.

When an email is sent through Infinite Campus, it will always show a default email of pcurry@tmesnm.com. However, if you hit “reply”, your reply will go directly back to the person who sent it. Sorry for this confusion and thanks for being patient as we are still learning to navigate our new Student Information System.
