TMA Lottery Application Information for the 26/27 school year
Lottery Update & Clarification
Due to technical difficulties during the lottery process, only the Assigned Lottery Numbers were shuffled. The student initials and dates of birth did not automatically realign during the shuffle as intended.
Please note:
- We are honoring the assigned lottery number shuffle as the determining factor for placement order.
- The number in the far left column labeled “Order of Admission” indicates your child’s official position in the lottery.
- The green-highlighted row and all names listed below it indicate the waitlist. Families will be contacted in numerical order as seats become available.
- To identify your child’s position, match your child’s initials and date of birth to the list, and then refer to the corresponding Order of Admission number on the far left.
- The correct student initials and dates of birth have now been updated and verified on the posted lottery sheets.
- To locate your child’s placement, please review the following documents for their grade level for the upcoming school year.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to correct the technical issue and ensure the integrity of the lottery process. If you have any questions, please contact the front office.

Make sure that you fill out the correct application for the grade that your student will be in the fall of 2025. These applications are for prospective students and currently enrolled students at TMEMS do not need to fill an application out.
