Please note these important drop-off/pick-up times:

  • Drop-off:  All students may be dropped off beginning at 8:20 am sharp.  If students are dropped off before those allowed times, they will be escorted to our Before Care program and parents will be billed accordingly.
  • Pick-up:  Elementary pick-up is from 2:20 - 2:45 pm.  Middle School pick-up is from 2:45- 3:00 pm every day.  Any student not picked by the end of their pick-up period will be escorted to After Care and parents will be billed accordingly. 

 

The TMEMS/Casita Before and After Care Program will be offered to all TMEMS/Casita students on an as-needed basis. There will be a $15.00 Registration Fee per student annually.

Program fees and information for the Montano Campus:

  • $5.00 flat fee for Before Care; which will run from 6:45 am to 8:20 am at our Montano Campus, Monday through Friday, on scheduled school days. In inclement weather we will not be offering Before Care.  Please listen to the local news or radio stations for updated inclement weather information.  We follow APS guidelines; if they are closed or begin late, we will not have Before Care.  Carmel Campus Before Care will be available depending on campus needs/usage.
  • $10.00 flat fee for After Care; which will run until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, on scheduled school days. After Care will not be offered on Early Release days. For the safety of our students, all children not picked up by the end of their scheduled pick-up time will be sent to After Care and the parents will be billed accordingly. Snack will be provided daily at 4:15 pm.

  • $5.00 flat fee for Before Care; which will run from 7:00 am to 8:20 am at our Carmel Campus, Monday through Friday, on scheduled school days. In inclement weather we will not be offering Before Care.  Please listen to the local news or radio stations for updated inclement weather information.  We follow APS guidelines; if they are closed or begin late, we will not have Before Care.  Carmel Campus Before Care will be available depending on campus needs/usage.
  • $5.00 flat fee for After Care; which will run until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, on scheduled school days. After Care will not be offered on Early Release days. For the safety of our students, all children not picked up by 2:45 pm will be sent to After Care and the parents will be billed accordingly. Snack will be provided daily at 4:00 pm.  Carmel Campus After Care will be available depending on campus needs/usage.

Please note: There will be an additional fee of $1.00 per minute if you pick up your child after 6:00 pm at the Montano Campus or 5:00 pm at the Carmel Campus.  Please remember to pay the staff member immediately if this occurs.

 

All charges are on a daily basis, regardless of what time you pick up or drop off your child.  The after school staff ask that you please anticipate your needs/desires for these activities on a weekly/monthly basis if possible.  All fees need to be paid by the due date on your monthly bill and make payable to The Montessori Elementary & Middle School (TMEMS).

Before and After Care charges for last school year must be paid before July 31st of the current school year.  All balances must be paid before you may use the Before and After Care Program for the new school year.  

Before and After Care is not part of the public school's normal operation.  Before & after care is a privilege and can be taken away for any reason determined by the administration.

Montano Campus families:  Please enter and exit through the Before & After Care classroom doors by walking along the South side of the building for Before and After Care.
