Student fees are now available to view in the parent portal in Infinite Campus!

You cannot pay fees through Infinite Campus quite yet. We are working on it and appreciate your patience. You can use the following methods to pay your student’s balance:

• PayPal 

• Send a check or cash in with your student or mail it in. 

  • Checks need to be made out to, “TMES”. 

• Come to the front office of Main Campus and pay directly.

NM-MSSA and NM-ASR

State testing scores are available for families to view from last year. This was the testing that occurred at the end of last year for grades 3+

• You can access your student’s scores here: https://nmparentportal.emetric.net/login

• You will need your child’s Student ID which can be found on your Infinite Campus parent portal app. 

• If your child was in a public school in New Mexico last year in grades 3+, you can access their scores. This is not just for TMEMS students.

Our lost and found is already filling up! Please look at the image to see if you recognize any lost and found items. 

2nd-8th Grade Students Suzuki Books for Strings Classes

Students need to bring in the following material to their Strings classes:

• Suzuki Book Volume 1 (This will be for whichever instrument that your student has chosen.)

State Fair Art Entries

Labor Day, 9/4/2023 (No School or Childcare) 

TMEMS and Casita will be closed on Monday, 9/4/2023. No childcare will be offered.  

Shelter In Place Drill on 8/25/23

TMEMS Main and Carmel Campus students and staff participated in a “Shelter In Place” drill on 8/25/23. During this drill, teachers and students stay in their classrooms and continue to work as normal. No one is allowed in or out of the building during the drill. 

A Shelter In Place drill is intended to be implemented when there is an emergency that does not directly impact the interior of the school.

Examples of reasons that TMEMS may shelter in place are:

• Police presence around the school within a certain distance

• An unwelcome animal on campus

• Unauthorized individual/s on campus
