TMEMS Information & Updates (5/17/24)

You must register for next school year through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. We recommend using a computer, but you can complete it through your phone app. Please complete your student's registration no later than MAY 24, 2024. For currently enrolled students, the process will not take more than 10-15 minutes.

  1. Log into your parent portal account

  2. On the home page, click on “2024-2025 Online Registration”

  3. Then, click “Start” under “Existing Student Registration”

  4. Complete all tasks to register your CURRENTLY enrolled student(s). If there are no NEW siblings enrolling, you may submit your application for enrollment.

New Sibling Enrollment:

  1. If you have received an email from Ms. Amanda stating that a sibling has been accepted through the lottery process, you can fill out their enrollment.

    1. Under the “Existing Student Registration,” you can “Add New Student” to enroll a student in your family who has been accepted through the lottery process. If you enroll a sibling that has not been accepted through the lottery, your entire application will be denied.

    2. Please see the following screenshot to show where you add a new (not currently enrolled) sibling that has been accepted through the lottery:

  1. Once you have enrolled your currently enrolled students and added any siblings that have been pulled in through the lottery process, please submit your application for enrollment.

If you need help logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please email Ms. Claudia at

Siblings of Currently Enrolled TMEMS Students

If you are not trying to enroll a sibling student at TMEMS for the 2024-2025 school year, please disregard this information.

Do you have a student who is currently enrolled in the 2023-2024 school year at TMEMS and would like to have their sibling enroll at TMEMS for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year? If yes, please follow the below steps, in order, to make sure we have all necessary documentation.

  1. Have you filled out an enrollment application? If not, please click the following link and fill one out immediately.

  2. Have you received a “congratulations” lottery results email from Ms. Amanda offering a spot?

    1. If yes, have you filled out the Survey Monkey from the link provided in the email? If you have, you should be receiving information from Ms. Amanda about registration and other next year information.

    2. If not, we do not currently have a spot available for their grade level. Siblings have priority over the general public for the lottery and the sibling will move to the top of the waitlist.

  3. If you have not received the “congratulations” lottery results from Ms. Amanda, please fill out the Google Form that is linked below. This form will help make sure that we have the applying student as a sibling and not a general public application for enrollment. This form does not guarantee a spot for the year but will help flag them as a sibling and therefore they will have priority on the waitlists.

    1. Form:

Please keep in mind that we can only offer spots that are available. We are currently receiving withdrawal forms from currently enrolled students and we will offer those spots when they become available. Thank you for your understanding. Reach out to Ms. Amanda,, with any questions regarding the enrollment  lottery!

Are you withdrawing your student from TMEMS  for the 2024-2025 school year?

Disregard this message if you are planning on attending TMEMS next school year, 2024-2025.

If you are withdrawing your student from TMEMS next year, 2024-2025, please fill out the linked withdrawal form as soon as possible and return  it to Ms. Amanda, or send it in your student’s gold communication folder. We have a long waitlist and we would like to notify families if we have a spot available.

If you are withdrawing for the 2024-2025 school year, please put May 31, 2024 as your last day at TMEMS.

By filling out the withdrawal form, you are only withdrawing for the upcoming year. It will not impact this school year, 2023-2024.

Thank you for helping us get our student numbers figured out for the upcoming year.

End of Year Balances

The end of the school year is fast approaching! Please go on to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or come in person to our Main campus to pay your balance through the month of April.  Students cannot carry balances from one year to the next so please log in to your parent portal as soon as possible to view fees and begin paying down the balance so that your child's student account will be in good standing by the end of the year.

Please reach out right away if you have questions or need help logging in to your parent portal. Contact Ms. Claudia,

Reminders from the Health Office

Incoming kindergarteners and current 6th grade students will need additional vaccinations to enter the 24/25 school year. Check with your pediatrician or the NM Vaxview Website to make sure your child is up to date. PLEASE make sure that proof of vaccination is reported before the first day of school.

Talk with your child’s health care provider to find out which vaccines they need. To keep track of your child’s vaccination history, you can request a copy of their vaccination record from their health care provider. You may also check the NM Vaxview Website which gives you online access to your own and your family’s vaccine records.

Pharmacies are another location to get vaccinations. Ask your local pharmacy about what vaccinations they offer, what ages of children they vaccinate, and the costs they charge. Pharmacies typically accept most health insurances.

The Department of Health also provides vaccinations. These vaccinations can be at a reduced cost or even free. Visit the DOH website

* If you do not plan on vaccinating your student, we will need a notarized and approved exemption form before the first day of school. This process can take up to 60 days. Exemption Form

All medications that have been stored in the health office during the school year must be picked up by 3 o'clock on May 31st, by a parent. Medications that are not picked up by a parent, will be destroyed. There are no exceptions, we can not store meds over the summer.
