TMEMS Gala FAQs and Deadlines

TMEMS Spring Gala Tickets and Sponsorship Information

Please see the links below for more information on tickets and sponsorships for the upcoming TMEMS Gala on 3/15/24. There will be limited seating, please order your tickets soon! 

Please note that all TICKET sales will be through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and in the “School Store”. 

The friends and family link is now available to purchase Gala tickets, sponsors, and food items! This is a great way to have family and friends purchase tickets.

  • If you are interested in sponsoring our Gala, you can come to our Main Campus and pay with cash or check or request that we invoice your business or send it in with your student in their gold communication folder. You can purchase a sponsorship on our Infinite Campus Parent Portal “School Store” as well!

  • Once you get logged into the Parent Portal, go to the left hand side of the screen and click on the bars to open more options, click School Store, then select “Gala Ticket Purchase” or “Gala Food Purchase” depending on what you are trying to purchase. 

  • If you have students in both session A AND session B, please make sure to purchase session C tickets.

TMEMS will also have pizza, cookies, and water for sale as part of the fundraiser. You must pre-order! To order, go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and go to the School Store to place your order. Food and drinks will be available in between session A and session B at the Hispanic Cultural Center. See menu choices options below:

  • $5.00 Combo: One slice of cheese pizza, one cookie, and one water bottle   

  • Individual Sales:

    • $3.00 One slice of cheese pizza

    • $2.00 Cookie

    • $1.00 Water bottle

Gala Raffle Baskets are LIVE!

Our TMEMS Classroom Gala Basket Raffle is live NOW! We have some amazing classroom baskets that our students, parents/guardians, and teachers have worked hard to put together as a part of our Gala fundraiser! Thank you to all the parents/guardians that donated and made this possible. 

 

You can purchase "raffle tickets" on Infinite Campus through our school store. Ticket prices range from $2.00 to $5.00 depending on the value of the basket and you can buy as many as you would like. Click the link below to access the Parent Portal and Friends and Family link and view all the wonderful baskets that are available.
 

There is a $10.00 minimum on all Infinite Campus School Store purchases.  

 

Parent/Guardian Link to Purchase Raffle Tickets: (Please use this link if you are a parent/guardian of a TMEMS student. We will notify parents/guardians by phone if they win a basket.)


Friends and Family Link: (Send this link to family and friends who would like to purchase raffle tickets and support our fundraiser. All winners that are not a parent/guardian will be notified that they won through email.) 

 

Every raffle ticket purchase is non-refundable and all proceeds benefit our TMEMS EA funding and student activities. You do not have to be present to win and all basket drawings will be held at the Gala on 3/15/24. If you are not present, we will call or email you to pick up the basket after the Gala.Basket winners will need to pick up their basket at the TMEMS Montano Campus from 3/18/24-3/22/24 in the front office between 8:20am-4:00pm. 

 

Raffle ticket sales will close on 3/14/24 at 12:00pm!

CARMEL CAMPUS Aftercare Canceled on 3/15/24

No aftercare at the Carmel campus on the day of the Gala, 3/15/24. This is to give our teachers time to travel to and set up the event. Thank you for your understanding. 

Upcoming TMEMS Moving Up Parent Information Meetings (Current and New Students)

TMEMS teachers and administration would like to invite you to attend a new student or moving up  meeting that will go over the following topics:
 

  • What can my student and I expect next year regarding academic expectations, social expectations, and out of the classroom experiences expectations?

  • What can I expect from teachers in this grade level?

  • What will my child be learning next year?

  • What types of field trips can I expect my child to go on?

  • How can I communicate with my student’s teachers? 

 

These meetings are not mandatory but are greatly encouraged to make sure that we are all on the same page and attending will make sure that you have all the information you need to start next year off successfully!

These meetings are for currently enrolled TMEMS students/families and new to TMEMS students/families. There are many meetings for different levels. Please make sure to attend the one for your student’s grade level.

Red Robin Fundraiser on 3/14/24

Our middle school students will be fundraising for their upcoming big trips! 

The Montessori Elementary and Middle School will receive 20% of fundraiser sales* during this fundraiser. Participate on Mar 14, 2024 during the scheduled fundraiser time by showing the flier below to your server at this Red Robin location, or by ordering online at redrobin.com or on the Red Robin mobile app. For online and mobile app orders you must add the fundraiser to your cart before you check out for the sales to count towards the fundraiser.

TMEMS Equity Council Meeting  3/18/24

We will have our next Equity Council Meeting on 3/18/24 from 3:00-4:00 in Ms. Sherry’s room. This meeting is open to all stakeholders at the school. We are excited to present 2024-2025 school budget information as well as the proposed calendar for next school year. Hope to see you there!
