You can place orders through Infinite Campus! Right now, we have the Star Party and Holiday Bazaar ready for orders. This is how you can purchase with a credit card or echeck.

To access this feature, please go into your Parent Portal and

Open the “School Store.”

From there, click on “shop”
-
Then choose the event you’d like to order for.

Once you checkout, the office will be notified and your child will be all set! (Remember: For the Bazaar, you must fill out a paper permission slip and return it to the school no matter what form of payment you choose.)
Needed permission forms are also accessible through the School Store to print and were sent home with students. We are actively working on getting these to be online fillable forms but we aren’t quite there yet!

(12/12/23) 9-11 Field Trip to Sandia Mountain Natural History Center: Make sure to turn in your child’s permission slips as soon as possible.

Holiday Gift Bazaar (12/13/23)

Information on the Holiday Gift Bazaar was sent home in gold communication folders and with students this week. The links below have more information on this event that is being held at our Montano Campus.
Every student is required to return a filled out form in order to shop on 12/13/23.
Deadline to turn in money and permission slip is Monday, December 11, 2023. Parent Shopping is available from 3:00-6:00pm!

Return cash or check with your order form in the gold communication folder.

Pay through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal in the School Store. Please make sure to still fill out the order form and return it to the school.

Date Range: 11/27/23 -12/14/23
Where/How: Please drop off the donations of toiletry items and/or gift cards, with the front office or send in your donation/s with your student. Any donation helps! Student Council members will deliver the toiletry items and gift cards on Dec. 15th.
Purpose: TMEMS Student Council believes in reaching out and supporting our community. The items below are in great need at All Faiths and will be the focus of our Giving Tree this year!

TMEMS Open House - Spread the Word!

We will be having our annual TMEMS Open House on 2/3/24. This is when parents/guardians that are not enrolled at TMEMS can come and visit our campus and fill out an application for the next school year (2024/2025). Spread the word to any family or friends who may be interested in TMEMS for the upcoming school year!
Remember, this is for prospective parents. Students and families already enrolled at TMEMS for the 23/24 school year do not need to fill out another application for the 24/25 school year.
