Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedure

Tips for Success 

  • Promptness is Critical: The shuttle departs Montano at 8:30am sharp for siblings of elementary students and students utilizing before care at the Montano campus. Students who miss this departure must be transported to El Pueblo by their families. 

  • Communication: Clearly communicate the afternoon plan with your student daily so they know whether to wait for pick-up at El Pueblo or board the shuttle for After Care or sibling pick-up at Montano. You must let the school know by 12:00pm, by calling the front office, if there is a change in your student’s pick-up procedure so we can ensure that all students are where they need to be at the end of the day. 

  • Contact Information: Ensure your contact details in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal are current to receive emergency transportation alerts.
