Ms. Lorette Lambert

7th Grade Teacher

My passion for History and the English language and literature began in college, and one of my
biggest joys in teaching is seeing a student begin to understand how these subjects fit into the
bigger picture of our world.
I attended the University of Missouri Kansas City, and the University of New Mexico, earning a
Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in History.
After many years of running my own wedding and specialty cake business, teaching art and
nutrition parttime
and raising two sons, I returned to the classrooms of CNM to earn my New
Mexico State teaching license. I taught middle school Humanities at a small private school in
Cedar Crest for several years and have been at TMMS since 2013.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, playing piano, hiking, biking and spending time with my friends
and family.
